The Village i am going to try and find a house in

Here is a couple of pictures of the Village called Palme Sur where my wife and I have visited several times and commented how beautiful it is and how nice and quiet and peaceful and relaxed, as you can see the remnants of the United Fruit Company are still here to be seen and the houses they left behind are what we may buy,

we are going to rent to start with and find the best place and the best prices , I even had a thought of buying all the houses and starting an Eco village for like minded expats from around the world, you would of course need an external income, no jobs to be had here unless you want to nanny for me and cultivate bananas for me also, the houses are in a typical condo style around a park area and with huge gardens and well away from any main road, but walking distance from the airport, that is funny isnt it, the main highway to San Jose is maybe 5 Km away and the road is very good and 3 hours into downtown or the main Airport, so very nicely situated, the school is in the park and shops also, but very limited but Golfito the main city is 1 hour south and the beaches are only 15 minutes away up the Pacific coast.
