Life as a Dad in the Gas Turbine World

I have been a dad for about 4 weeks and I am feeling the strain, disturbed nights and diaper changing, i am sure it will be worth it one day, it has screwed with my working life, i had to postpone my trip back to Peru. we will see where I end up next.
