The River Urubamba Flooding 50 Foot over Normal

I was told yesterday that the river had flooded above all known levels last week and nobody had told me anything about it, i got the pictures to show how far it had risen, it is over the top of the highest loading dock and that was built higher than the orignal as that keep getting flooded all the time. so now they are looking at building one even higher but are not expecting the floods to get worse as this was once in a generation flood so they said.
Over the road which keeps going down to the lower dock maybe 15 feet
